Virtual simulation in integral projects

At Teymasa we have an engineering department capable of creating high definition virtual simulations. We have made this type of simulation one of the initial steps to define the different cycles in each process. It allows us saving time in pre-programming and obtaining the necessary tools for the design and analysis of the equipment.

With the implementation of this exercise, the cycle times can be calculated and validated quickly and accurately for each of the equipment in the line and for the overall set. In this case, the simulation of several robots manipulating the boards of different categories, depending on the quality of the material, is detailed. The conveyor belts integrated into the lines indicate the product’s movement paths.

The integration of the different equipment together with robotics confers high precision and efficiency to the final result.

Final adjustments of multiformat filling line

We are finishing making the adjustments in our new filling machine for 10, 20 and 30L jerrycans, model PA-30. It is a complete line that includes automatic processes as filling, capping, depalletizing and palletizing by means of a robot, automatic wrapping machine.

We provide solutions for complex projects with installations in limited spaces.

New project, new customer, new market

Teymasa signed a contract for a new project with a German company Engineering Dobersek. The project consists of the integration of variety of automatic industrial equipment as multiple robotic arms for processing, handling, filling and palletizing finished products. We would like to thank all Dobersek team for their professionalism and trust.

28 years after: renew the installation

Yesterday we finished the installation of conveyors for drums in line, automatic palletizers, pallet stackers in the customer´s plant. After more than 28 years of operation at 2 daily shifts, this installation is updated to continue working correctly at the same rate for many more years.

Dear customers and suppliers,

Due to the current situation caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus in our country, Teymasa has decided to cancel all visits to our facilities as well as the movement of its staff. These precautionary measures are adopted following the advice of the health authorities and in the confidence of preserving the health of both workers and customers and suppliers.

The means have been set up so that all Teymasa personnel can continue working from home, except for the production plant where a protocol has been established, strictly following the recommendations of the health authorities.

The big pillar of industry 4.0 is the Internet of Things, #IoT. It is a concept refers to a digital interconnection of everyday objects with the Internet being able to identify key aspects for the IoT integration.

Is IoT used in packaging?

Yes, because it allows to connect things with people and advanced services to improve the collaboration of machinery or installations, controlled by a PLC. In this concept, everything is connected and the key factors are the availability of data at any time and from anywhere, as well as monitoring for remote control and diagnosis of facilities.

In this way it is possible to perform a predictive maintenance and advance to any type of incidence in the machines so that it can act in the shortest possible time, minimizing losses in production or ensuring user comfort, all resulting in a lower cost.

The intelligent and real-time data processing allows to anticipate the stops in the manufacturing lines before they occur, or to predict quality defects in the manufactured product, analyzing the variables recorded in real time.
